Promotion "dawn of hope"
"I have lit a fire in my heart, in this soul of mine ..."
The third edition of the Scholarship draws inspiration from the poem « Dawn of Hope » by Habib Sharifi, an ode to resilience and hope. This choice reaffirms the Scholarship’s unwavering commitment to exiled artists, who bring with them rich and diverse cultures and are witnesses to pivotal moments in history. Their often winding journeys have led them to new horizons, where their talents continue to flourish and enrich the world.
3rd edition
The 2023-2024 season embraces the colors of Iran, paying homage to the political turmoil that shook the country in 2022, with its aftershocks still sporadically felt among the youth striving for emancipation. In response to the rigidity of the current regime in the Persian region, a decision has been made to promote artists who have experienced and fled the harsh realities of a world in which they do not identify, escaping a stifling environment that continues to hinder the emergence of new talents.
In 2023, those bearing the burdens of bitter destinies and the forced uprooting they have endured are developing their individual projects, united in a coherent scenographic framework. This year, the laureates are supported by a dedicated team focused on the final staging and professionalization of the project, bringing together specialists from the performing arts, including theater, cinema, music, and dance.

Though your eyes do not see this secret ardor of mine
Though like the candle I am silent in my intimate sanctuary
The flames would exhale if I opened this mouth of mine
Overflowing the patience of having lived a lifetime, alas, far from the Beloved
Expressing amazement at my resilience, this strength of mine
O gentle breath of dawn, dawn of hope
My eyes have turned white to illuminate these dark nights of mine
No one ever reads even one line of life’s unwritten book
Who will find the protection line to shelter me from this fate of mine?
Our life has passed and passed also whatever the world has done to us
I will not entrust to sorrows and regrets the time left to live this life of mine
Everyone can reveal the secret of his heart in his-her own manner
My silent gaze is my way of speaking , the expression of mine.
